How to Balance Work and Life

I think just pulling yourself out of like your day-to-day even just like that hour is very helpful even without like the therapy portion part of it. I have a really hard time balancing work in life because in a way my life is my work and my work is my life at the same time so I love being able to constantly put out content whether it's making TikToks taking pictures photography is another thing that I love so much.
