I Love the Ora Ring
I use sleep as a barometer for how well people are managing and mitigating their health, you know, what's the hormone balance like. I'm not sure that I would have thought necessarily it was COVID but my ora ring has actually said that my sleep has been fine. And I haven't been tired during the day. This is completely end of one and probably not helpful for anybody. But it's like my, my experience of my, my sleep at night has been changing. And I don't really know what that means. Oh, another tangent: Have you interviewed John Laurent? He is coming on next month. I cannot wait.
