An activist investment firm is a specialized hedge fund and it takes a minority stake in companies with the goal of changing how they run. Steve Tamaras, Warren Eisenberg and Leonard Feinstein between 2003 and 2017, are paid a third of a billion dollars for garbage return to their investors. It's like walking into a New York restaurant, seeing an F on the health health inspector.
