How to Rotate Your Shoulder for Strength Training

The body typically recruits the fibers that have the most advantageous leverage for the exercise. Research typically finds that due to the structure of the pecs, if you're doing a horizontal type press or fly, then you're recruiting all the fibers. And since we're talking flies, what are your thoughts on the lowest position, the highest position? Some people will say, oh, you should be doing all three positions; I think it might be beneficial at least to internally rotate shoulder and that's what it does.
