The Supreme Court's Hearing on the Drilling Case in Horsehill in Surrey
A group of residents and environmental campaigners are fighting a decision by the Council to grant UK oil and gas permission for drilling. West Cumbria Mining Limited, who are behind the first ever prospective coal mine for the UK have been given permission to intervene in the case. So I do tend to think that we're getting into the stage now where climate change trials and court cases are becoming much more common. And potentially that is a way to deal with the crisis.
