Is Timand a Good Place to Start?
Timand is a pretty common starting point, or other places where you would recommend starting for that part of the world. I know a lot of people wen up going through there three or four times on their trip, just because, and up back there before they got somewhere else. And i absolutely loved what i saw in indanesia, and it was worth the weight. But i really do think that if you go slow and if you're saving money, it's not like you're going to run out of things to do in these sorts of places now.
