Stretching has been shown in research to be rather ineffective to improve functional range of motion and unrelated activities. It's very ineffective as a means to promote strength development it does not protect you against injury basically stretching just makes you better at stretching so it's for most people colossal ways of time compared to resistance training. i found that stretching was very effective to like increase the mobility so i would just do like a couple minutes a day and that like massively improve my mobility so that's kind of how i think about it if you're can't move in a certain way that that's effective do you am i wrong on that what are your thoughts?
