The Spring Converter Isn't Getting Sealed Perfectly.
The cartridge doesn't, iti doesn't like fit properly. People are only getting half fills. Maybe because it's not sealed perfectly. I'm rambling a little bit now because i'm thinking about it out loud. But i'm just wondering if the design is such to where you almost have to have the spring to keep the tridge if you're dropping things. It's like a chicken or egg thing.
