Did the Landing Gear Shoot Into the Cabin?
There were no fatalities in the plane crash. 12 people on board suffered minor injuries, and one person received a concussion and a broken leg. There was speculation that there must have been some o electronic glitch that happened in the engine control systems as a possible cause for this simultaneous loss of power to both engines. The captain did note that as the plane was, you know, about to touch down, that there were stall warnings going off. It's extremely improbable that a plane would suffer dual engine failure at the same time.
