Tendons are a little bit like an elastic band, where you can train them to be em stretchy, but then released back into ther into the normal ten. You can get a little bit more out of each step if you use them igt em. It takes a lot of ingranient, a sort of strip back some one's natural instincts and focus on being able to put constraints on the way that we go. So as a coach for tesures I would be mindful at practice in order to pick up certain aspects of running so it doesn't happen too fast.
