I think that e a great historical amnesia descended upon the united states. And there really was a sense that the berlin wall had come down, the cold war had ended and the nuclear threat had gone with it. I wonder if you could talk about what you call the illusion of safety by these nuclear weapons that are sitting there. You know, they're not being launched in anger, and yet they still pose a threat.
