The markets don't really know how to think about these companies. The reason you go to a sweet green for the freshness of the salad, goes away when we become overly reliant on technology. I have a hard time seeing how fast her growth will ultimately lead to a much more profitable company. It's interesting that some of these companies are valued as a technology companies. They think that technology may ultimately help them with their margin. But i think there's a cautionary tale where the technology may take away from the calibre of the experience.
