How to Tell if a Firm Is a Career Switcher
Doing research on who you're trying to reach out to and pointing out to them in the first sentence or two, any good commonalities you have. Do not write a treatise. One paragraph emails get read a lot quicker than four or five paragraph emails that sometimes just get pushed down. Network network network because so much in private equity happens kind of out of network,. And it's more of a direct job search rather than checking out what's been posted.
