Long force meters today is going to be for the I amers largely aerobic in nature because we went to hard quality yesterday but it's also has a technical component. They're going to go five rounds through a set where there's a hundred backstroke where they have to kick out to 15 fast and then they can swim moderate that's a 140. Two of them are breaststroke largely focusing on legs one is three kicks and one is two kicks and one ballOne is a build where they start extra long and sort of build their tempo to get their stroke together.
