Aquinas' Metaphysics of Existence
There's got to be a cause of my existence. You can keep pushing it up, but you can't keep going infinitely. And if it's first, it's not part of the chain. It's uncaused. Corollary 3 is getting to the weeds of Aquinas' metaphysics. If this being has no potentiality, then it's pure actuality. So we don't exist simply because we're human as they don't have to be humans.
