What I've Learned From the First Edition of Notice and Redirect
I freely admit i do not know everything. I hope i'm many steps ahead, but i'm still learning. And so one of the things that i learned from all this is, when you listen t my first edition, i talk about notice and redirect. Notice and re direct is a very simple form of this, noticing when you're having an uncomfortable thought or feeling and re directing it to a line with the reality of what's happening.
