It's Made Without Any Salt
Tuscan bread, not just florence, is made without salt. And so you and you eat it, it has no flavor. There's extra versin olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the table,. Youdon't have to ask for it, it's there. But i did note that in some of the restaurants, they would give us both pona tuscana, like the tusCAN bread, and ie, salted bread. That was delicious.
