For example, here in Mexico where I'm staying, there are sweat lodges regularly here. But something where you can connect to your history, your past, your ancestors, can be really powerful at this time. Also, yoga practice is rooted in ancient tradition as well; maybe there's another physical practice that is something of the family you're from or rooted in tradition that's of interest to you.
