I think not let anything negative hit me first thing in the morning, you know, whether it's a negative news story or seeing something on someone's Instagram that makes me jealous. And then other things like working out or kind of organizing my schedule in a way so that things are certain tasks are kind of blocked out. I avoid constant task shifting and I kind of reserve say the morning for operational type stuff and the afternoon for actual client work. So, yeah, it's, it's big. I definitely will admit I don't stick to it every day.
