The House Price Crash: What to Expect
House prices are on a downward trend, which is something we haven't really seen much of for about 15 years. It would start in sort of drubs and drabs with the market softening then gradually that leads on to a much sharper fall. The problem is if your circumstances demand that you have to move house or if house price crashes are always kind of bound up in recessions. That's an awful scenario where people can face a sort of personal economic crisis that can define the rest of their lives.
