In two thousand seven, nokia was worth a hundredand ten billion dollars. For microsos ytheres teryave morethan 70 billion dollars in cash. If they spend that cash on the acquisitions outside the united states, they don't have to pay the same kind of tax on it. I think is its prisa indicative of nokia's troubles on the fact that they ave got some, some necessary short term cash and fug here.
