The Transcendental Idealism of Kant
The Berkeley in O is to be perceived, which is just that the concepts in the entire world truly just come from God. And we get to this much later but really that idea is that, and it's roughly the same as human but there's two different distinctions there. The empirical transcendental distinction is one in which objects can be understood in both empirical and transcendental respects.
