A tin ani, this is a great question, and i think a lot of people are really going to be able to relate. Shifting routines can be hard, but if we can zoom out and look at what's going to stay the same, that can help keep us on track. I'm in a work block pretty much every day between ten to 12. Right now, i'm doing some sort of work on the podcast. But my usual work tasks also carry on. So yet, there's just something about compartmentalizing like that kind of hyperpocus thing  that might be helpful for you.
