I'm really interested in getting a glimpse into how you apply those kind of Franz Bose systems. But firstly, why do you think it's important to look outside of traditional lifts or traditional strength conditioning to improve sport and performance? Yeah, that's a good question. Obviously, I can elaborate on that one quite a while. But I try to keep it short. Like the traditional way, the way how sport performance is approached is on the basic motor properties. And then you end up in the world of mode control, motor learning, neurophysiology, but also perception action. That relate more to how the body functions in sport performance.
