The Importance of Sustaining the Trade in Europe
Greece is going to investment grade this year, post-elections. There's very few countries that are going into the investable universe from being less investable. European high yield has a differential of around six months or maybe longer in the credit cycle between Europe and US. Everyone has long, high quality credit. It's the easiest call. But spreads at 70 basis points on investment grade. They don't really pay you. So, you need to buy your portfolio,you need to have some bills if you want, and have some high yield.
