Pragogen and Kadirov in the Kremlin
This, for me, is just a case of two conflict entrepreneurs butting heads. Kadirov in many ways had been quite jealous. He doesn't want to put much of his own skin in the game. But on the other hand, when he spots something that he thinks of as a slight on his forces in Ukraine and by extension him, then he will push back. In this respect, actually given that they are in their own ways occupying a similar niche, certainly when it comes to Kremlin politics, no wonder we can expect them to compete.
