Marjorie Deal Armstrong's Plan to Kill James Rodin

In 2005, Marjorie deal Armstrong pleaded guilty to the murder of James Rodin. She claimed she killed her boyfriend because he was abusive and didn't do enough to help her investigate a robbery that had occurred at their shared home months earlier. A year later another witness came forward with new information about the Brian Wells bank robbery. He said his brother-in-law Kenneth Barnes spoke freely about being involved in the bank robbery. When faced with an enormous amount of potential prison time, Barnes agreed to talk. The plan was devised by Dilarm Strong and Bill Rothstein as an involuntary alibi.
