In the text sphere, you end up with a lot more true believers because they're equipped with very specific self inflicted condition that enables them to convince themselves of all sorts of intangible things. In the financial side, where i think you really find the grifters and disillusionment itself, it'll absolutely work out in the long run. And so there's no systemic punishment for some ridiculous over-promising promises made by people who can just make these grandiose claims without any connection to reality. It will be interesting to see how this plays out as we go forward.
