Existential Psychotherapy - Is There Just One Recipe?
There's no one recipe for any of us in therapy or in terms of our own personal porations. A good start would be to recognize that western civilization as we know it, is one giant and appalling effort to deny death. Usually the most important things in life, i call it lsd, love, sex and death have no place in most either educational or religious curriculums. It seems to me that we need to start addressing those concerns a whole lot earlier.
