Why Isn't Joe Biden Running Story?

Joe Biden has slow walked every decision about running for anything ever. Nobody's announced this late in a long time. Even if you're an incumbent president, Donald Trump announced he was running for reelection the first month he was in the White House. There is a little bit of Biden's internal clock being totally out of sync with the modern world. The media loves a process story. They're starting to cook a cake called why isn't he running? You know, they're creating a vacuum that if I were them, I would fill because that'll be the next clever insight.
