Is There Evidence That Could Help or Hurt in a Criminal Case?

The Mar-a-Lago National Archives issues are perhaps easier to prosecute with smaller significance. So although it is a smaller and easier case, it is of true importance, at least at the national security level. And I'm going to be really listening to evidence that goes to criminal intent. Is there evidence of sort of direct evidence or strong circumstantial evidence of what Donald Trump was trying to do?
