You Can Feel Sad for No Reason, or You Can Be Mad for No Reason
The more we try to rationalize them and make our feelings fit into this a i think, the less freely they will flow out of us. Kendra: I can feel anxious just because i wake up and i'm human, and that's ok. You can be sad for no reason. And it's really hard sometimes to figure out how to take care of ourselves. Sometimes we do need to take ourselves out of the situation and picture a little version of us, or picture how we would treat a friend.
