When whiteness is fundamentally like a privilege to have and a superior state, it still reinforces a kind of racial hierarchy that counteracts the kind of progress we all hope to make. And so i guess what i'm saying is there's like a positive in the sense academics use it like just a factual, or not even factual, justa like, oh, here's a way to understand a place. It would be weird to do this without calling ther historic, ethnic background a rally rallying cry but also mean it does reinforce it. When are you describing a phenomenon that you see?
