Bringing Values Over to the New Organization

When you are a start up, like you're not investing a ton of tools and processes necessarily. But as you think about no scaling, really continue to grow othe organization, this is an area where you really have to start thinking more deeply than earlier. And generally, what i've seen workd for us and for my team is you tooling n processes later than earlier. It's the easy way to recognize someone with a hundred dollar gift card who goes above and beyond in terms of positively impacting the culture. We do big things and small things to encourage this.
