Being a great teacher is one skill set that is very difficult. And it's rare to find someone that's actually good arts, even though they might have a black belt. But beyond that, even if they are good them, being a good teacher is just another layer of like, well, fakin on the lotto. You need to find someone who is obsessively studious about it,. That doesn't just learn it for themselves and ask why did i learn this easily, but my friend didn't? Yes, what was it about it that i got and they didn't? The curiosity keeps them fresh.
