How to Trade TLT Call Options in a Tight Market Environment

When the Fed stops raising rates as Danielle 710, would entering TLT call options make sense if you had to trade it? I'm surprised people are so sure that the Fed's going to stop raising rates without a big spike in unemployment caused by something. For me, buying the TLT just offers is very almost no upside and massive downside. So to me, it just looks like a bad trade.
