Oge: I noticed on the google earth when i was playing with the map, and i highly recommend people go to google dot earth and turn on the longitude and latitude setting so you can see where the fortieth parallel goes. But here's the thing, you just mention stranger things and sern is on the same line of latitude as astoria, oregon, where the goones takes place. And we all know that stranger things has this very pronounced eighties vibe. It's just like the goones, a group of kids sort of, ouknow, outside of the auspices of their parents doing adventures and things like that. Stephen king's talisman too. O
