How to Be a Product Manager

Product managers have to shape the product, ship the product and sync the people. I think shaping and shipping the product is not that hard, but keeping people aligned has been a challenge for me. Knowing your own decision process is a very good way to start making good decisions. A personal management system for knowledge can be useful because you will use what you've learned on one product on another.
