The Jove Movement and the Mars Movement in Science Fiction

Jove is the governing God or planet over all of this stuff. And so Jove is part of what's going on here. Lewis is very, very obliquely, but very deliberately dropping little references that that he'll pick up on later. Gustav Holst's Symphony of the Planet is worth listening to. There is a movement about Jove Jupiter and there's also a movement about Mars.
