Is instructional coaching the most effective thing for a very early career teacher or is it something that works better when you kind of got a few basics automated in terms of your practice. I think there are people for whom coaching may not be the right thing they have other issues that need to be dealt with more that are more important. An instructional coach is not a they're not a content coach so their job is different their job is about pedagogy but we talk about creating playbooks and the play and the strategies in the playbooks could use the walkthroughs as your point of departure for creating a playbook.
