Replay Rules: How They're Going to Work This Year

There was an announcement, a clarification about the way replay rules are going to work this year or replay reviews at least. Now managers have to hold their hands up immediately after the play to signal that they're thinking about challenging. And then once they put their hand up to preserve the right to challenge, then there's a 15 second replay clock and the manager has to decide to challenge before that clock counts down.
