The Relationship Between the Isometric Strength Test and Um Jump Performance

The isometric strength assessment will have a higher correlation with activity that are mainly concentration contraction so like cycling and spring harking. The relationship between the pick force obtained from um knee angle at 90 degree will be higher than for squat or mid-diepo. Some it could be the mecha muscle activation and mechanics of the movement or something like that but I think that requires a little bit more study.
