Once you start gathering awareness and going through the process of reflecting, like the prism example I gave you, you actually then create space around that. So you are moving forward. You're not going around and around the mountains. Not in this movement, it's that movement,. It's forward progression. And eventually as you get through to the 63 days or just using the neuro cycle, the five steps all the time on a regular basis, eventually you get to the point where your awareness is there. Then you've gone from being consumed to having tremendous perspective. But if we keep moving forward, use awareness in the correct way, we get perspective, we get space, we move forward.
