Baptism Is the Primary Sacrament for the Forgiveness of Sins

Baptism is really the primary sacrament for the forgiveness of sins it's baptism that forgives all of our sins original and actual. Once we're in the church if we should sin again now the church has to be involved in our reconciliation to God. It takes someone who can represent Christ as the head of the church who is able to do that. That's what the sacrament of penance provides for us.
