How to Improve Your Golf Swing
Golfers can learn a lot about their scapula control just from how they address the ball. I have some cut down golf clubs in the clinic that we can swing safely indoors and look at things like even, you know, your address position. And then, depending on the patient and what they've come in for, I might even get them to have a whole swing. That really helps with the buy-in. They're more compliant with their exercises and you get a better outcome in the end.
