Is Plato and Aristotle a Restrictive Principle?

Plato and Aristotle definitely have an outside influence on Christian theology. Even the reforms classics continue to use Plato and Aristotle in really significant ways. The question becomes you know is this just a matter of providence that this is how goddess led the church up into that point or if it's for normatively right we should only be using Plato.
