How to Approach Collaboration With a New Teacher

Teachers are eager to get to know families. Reach out and find out what's the best way to contact next year's teacher. Some parents have talked about sort of introducing their kid without bringing to the teacher by either doing a video of their child. But you never know how this would be done by a parent. It's possible it could be helpful, but my guess would be to hold off.
