The local understanding in Philly, at least, was that fentanyl tended to wear off quickly. Trank, which had no really euphorogenic effect, seemed to somehow prolong the overall effect. But this is being packaged in a packaged deal that people don't always know what they're getting. So I think we'll probably see a lot more, unfortunately, in the next year.
