Is the Menopause Changing Women's Careers?
Three in five working women with menopausal symptoms were struggling at work. One study estimated that 900,000 women had left their jobs as a result. More than a million women might leave the workforce in 2022 because of menopausal symptoms. They lose their confidence because they're changing and haven't found the right help. For most women, the first place to go for help is their NHSGP.
