With sprints, you can really take a pro active approach to reimagine your roll, your job, your purpose. I'm always asking the same question i have been years: What's the right way to take you dont design up to a level of complacity it can really deal with the problems we have? We're only just discovering how teams, how individuals w how organizations. Ultimately, canan contribute to that? And so i'm intrigued by, you now, how we get er, how we got creativity and innovation and design to work at that level?
